Client project files (photos and  videos) are archived for a period of [e.g., 2 years] to facilitate  client requests for reshoots or additional deliverables, after which  they may be securely deleted.

As of 2025 the COVID 19 pandemic is ongoing.  To ensure the safety of clients and employees, all steps will be taken to reduce the risk of airborne viral and bacterial transmission.  These include, but will not be limited to:

• All employees will at all times wear a well fitted N95 or better respirator.  Clients and guests not posing for photographs or featuring in videos will do likewise or be asked to leave.
• H.E.P.A. air filtration, proper ventilation, and far-UVC technology will be used to aid in cleaning indoor air.  Regular checks for indoor CO2 levels will be conducted.  All surfaces are sanitized prior to and after sessions.
• While we cannot enforce vaccination policies, clients, guests, and employees who are visibly ill will be asked to leave.  If you wouldn't want someone coughing or sneezing around you, don't do it around others.
• Clients, guests, and employees may be asked to show a recent negative PCR test result (within two days of testing).  Please be prepared to present upon request.
• At Cleveland Film & Photography, we take the health and safety of our clients, guests, and employees with utmost seriousness.  You are our top priority, and we are committed 100% to your well being.
